As an HR intern with Axpo Bulgaria you will be involved in various administrative tasks and will support our HR department's daily activities. What you will do

Recruitment

• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks

• Coordinate and schedule interviews;

• Ensure positive candidate experience by providing timely communication on applications's status

Personnel administration

• Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system

• Maintain an up-to-date Job description library

Employer Branding

• Establish contacts with Business Schools/Universities

• Support the organization of career events

• Assist with updating company's LinkedIn page

Internal company events and initiatives

• Support the HR Generalist in the organization and coordination of internal employee events (ex: Fun Friday; Village Halls, Team Building)

Training and Development

• Keep communication with external training providers and employees

• Support the organization and coordination of various training activities

What you bring & who you are

• Bachelor Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Sociology or related field

• Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills

• Experience with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
