Job Summary 

Are you a student or young professional looking to kick-start your career? Sensika Technologies is seeking enthusiastic part-time Client Support Specialists to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to learn and grow, offering flexible working hours from 5 PM to 12 AM. You'll be at the forefront of client support, ensuring smooth platform operations and exceptional service delivery.

Main Responsibilities 

The Client Support Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the functionality of our platform. Key duties include:

1. Client Support 

  • Provide direct support via chat, email, or phone. 
  • Be available during working hours to promptly address client inquiries. 
  • Prioritize tasks to meet user expectations and ensure satisfaction. 
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the platform to execute tasks efficiently.

 

2. Technical Support 

  • Monitor the platform using built-in tools to ensure proper operation. 
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate team when problems are identified.

 

3. Catalogue Support 

  • Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the platform catalogue with content from various sources.

 

4. Others 

  • Collaborate with team members, end users, and clients to provide high-quality support. 
  • Maintain necessary documentation for procedures and resolutions.

 

Qualifications 

  • Solid knowledge in MS Office. 
  • High proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing). 
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong time-management skills. 
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. 
  • Constructive feedback skills. 

 

Preferred Additional Qualifications

  • Proficiency in additional languages, especially Arabic, is a plus but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience with Linux, MySQL, XPath, and Regular expressions is an advantage but not required.
