Your Role and Responsibilities
During the IBM Internship Program 2024 you will have the opportunity to learn about IBM’s organization, its business processes, and the culture of high-performance that is promoted within the company. This will help you to understand how IBM operates and what it values as an organization.
You will also receive mentorship from experienced professionals within IBM
You as trainees will be skilled and developed to work in various departments across IBM organization in Bulgaria
You will be given practical skills and experience
Program overview:
Duration: 6 months
Working time: Part-time or Full-time (Flexible schedule)
Location: IBM Client Innovation Center – Sofia Airport Center
Hybrid working model: 3 days onsite, 2 days home office
Paid Internship + Standard Benefits package
Expected start: June / July 2024
You can be an IBM trainee in ONE of the below areas:
- Business Support Trainee in Client Management – In the role you’ll learn how to properly manage customer requests in a timely manner, in order to ensure that contractual agreements are met. The work includes escalation management, ticketing handling and review, SLA management, inventory management and ensuring coordination of delivery of the services from IBM. The skillset which you’ll get will be a solid foundation for providing exceptional service for any client
- Control Center Trainee – The IBM Control Center encompasses ‘non-technical client support’ roles, which support the client case lifecycle through manual case creation, administrative support and exception handling. Our team members execute various functions spanning from case handling (through e-mail, phone or system) and entitlement validation to resource management/dispatch of technical team, while working with customers to manage their expectations
- Solution Design Trainee – Solution design’s mission is to build innovative solutions that drive value for clients and profitable revenue for IBM. The Team is responsible for designing maintenance solutions on hardware (HW) and software (SW) for IBM and non-IBM products. You will be trained to utilize technical skills and calculate the associated costs in proposals for international/global customers based on existing offerings developed by the multi-vendor services (MVS) offering team
- Education Team Trainee – The TLS Global Skills Development team develops modern technical education content. You will be engaged in instructional design, video editing, interactive self-study courses development, IT virtual and hands-on labs experience, creation and editing education roadmaps in learning management systems
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Be an active university student or recent graduate
- Fluency in English
- Student in Economics/ Business Administration/ Management or similar field
- Able to communicate effectively with a customer-oriented attitude

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
