As a Survey Programmer, you will be the expert in delivering projects based on client specifications, time frames and within expected quality levels.

You will be trained by a team of experienced Team leader and Survey Programmers to make sure you will get all the support needed to perform your tasks.

This opening is for a full-time role, 40 working hours a week, including day, night and weekend shifts on rotational schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing all aspects of market research projects related to survey programming
  
  • Programing online surveys with Dynata proprietary tool
  • Delivering data and managing data layouts
  • Performing kick off calls directly with customers (when applicable)
  • Managing translation imports
• Maintaining and strengthening client relationships through exceptional service and consultation
• Interacting with and managing vendor relationships
• Responding to time sensitive client inquiries and resolving problems
• Assist other Survey Programmers when workload requires
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects, ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Capable of working independently on projects and collaborating as a strong team member
• Maintaining a positive working relationship with Customers, Peers, Employees and Contractors
• Strictly adhering to all internal rules, policies, standards, procedures

• Good understanding on web programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) is a plus
• Experience in programming market research surveys (Confirmit, Decipher, IBM SPSS Dimensions, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) is a plus
