We are now looking to hire an Office Assistant – Intern for our representative European office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

·        Organizing office and assisting others with their daily work

·        Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner

·        Monitoring level of supplies and handling shortages

·        Performing receptionist duties when needed

You would bring to the company:

·        Experience in hospitality and/or office administration

·        Great communication skills, friendly and positive attitude

We would also expect from you:

·        Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking

·        Ability to think on your feet and learn quickly

·        To meet deadlines while working under pressure

·        To be proactive and flexible with assignments
