Our Inside sales specialist:

Is a brilliant seller and ambassador of our vendors

• Enjoys communicating with B2B customers from the IT industry
• Likes working across internal and external teams of all levels to proactively support the customer
• Maintains accurate customer master records including licenses, software, and service contract expiration dates
• Is responsible for performing e-mail or outbound calls to existing or prospective customers on basic company initiatives
• Is excellent negotiator who manages a daily schedule of calls and emails and updating an internal database

About you

You are:

• Pro-active and open-minded person, who speaks French or Polish without any worries
• Thinking outside the box to drive positive improvement

• Adore communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• Appreciate working in dynamic and international environment
• Have advanced communication skills
• Are motivated by the idea of meeting challenging targets
• Look for an energizing and exciting workplace

• Have an authentic approach
• Fluently speak English and French (level C1)
• Have knowledge of Excel
