Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the IT department as well as the procurement team
• Deploying new laptops for new employees as well as installing any specific software that would be required.
• Receive laptops back from employees and refurbish, backup the system and refurbish for other Employees according to procurement usability standards.
• Correspond with teammates and stakeholders effectively and promptly.
• Local Office Support to minor Employees issues.
• Other tasks as necessary

Requirements:

• High-level knowledge of computer hardware
• Knowledge of computer software and set-up (Microsoft tools, Adobe, backup, etc.) on windows and mac
• Basic knowledge of IT
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• English (professional/advanced)
