Your Role and Responsibilities

• The Blue Journey – IBM 6-month Internship training Program ( part-time or full time)
• You as trainees will be skilled and developed to work in IBM organization.
• You will be given practical skills and experience
• You will have the opportunity to learn about IBM’s organization, its business processes, and the culture of high-performance that is promoted within the company. This will help you to understand how IBM operates and what it values as an organization.
• You will also receive mentorship from experienced professionals within IBM.

You can be an IBM trainee in one of the below areas:

• Business operation
• Client management and support

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Be an active university student or recent graduate
• Fluency in English
• Student in Economics/ Business Administration/ Management or similar field
• Second foreign language ( Spanish or Portuguese ) is considered as an advantage.
