We are currently looking for a legal consultant/ lawyer to join our team. Our aim is to initially train our potential new colleague and have them join the team long-term, working primarily with international clients in day-to-day contract management and PSP regulatory related issues.

• Regularly and promptly consulting clients on their topics of interests and according to their needs;
• Preparing or reviewing:

different contracts and agreements related to our clients’ businesses;

documents related to court proceedings and administrative procedures;

legal opinions on various legal matters.

You are the ideal candidate if you meet our requirements:

• You see yourself fit in what we described so far;
• You are a legal consultant or lawyer with relevant experience;
• You are experienced in commercial and contract law and you are strongly interested in international disputes and arbitrages; 
• You are proficient in English;
• You are tech-savvy and well-acquainted with Microsoft Office;
• You are a creative, yet critical thinker, willing to learn and grow;
• You possess strong organizational skills including multitasking and time management.

Advantages:

• Experience in working with or for payment solutions providers would be considered a big plus;
• Strong track record;
• A second language.
